• Work with coalitions and advocacy campaigns to develop and execute communications plans in support of just and equitable clean transportation and decarbonization policies for Sunstone Strategies.
• Developed an opposition research and communications training workshop for environmental justice and equity partners to combat disinformation in clean energy and transportation advocacy.
• Wrote and produced "The WATT? An Energy 101 Primer" as a book and interactive e-book, working with Focus the Nation.
• Managed the KochvsClean and Transportation Integrity Projects, providing accountability research and journalism on fossil fuel industry's influence in clean energy and transportation policy. Wrote and edited hundreds of articles and blog posts on fossil fuel industry influence in transportation policy.
• Many roles with OnEarth Magazine, the independent publication of the Natural Resources Defense Council, including blog editor, community editor, and contributor.
• Regular contributor to DeSmog.
• Original Environment Editor for GOOD Magazine, and wrote a longstanding weekly column titled “The New Ideal: Building the clean energy economy of the 21st Century and avoiding the worst fates of climate change.”
• Tracked the U.S. position in international climate negotiations for the Global Campaign for Climate Action.
