Program and project manager with experience with the Federal Government and private sector, including weather applications lifecycle management, technical proposal development, business operations, finance, user services, data and product operations management, and global meteorological analysis, forecasting, and hazard mitigation. I serve as a special projects manager for Relative Dynamics, Inc, supporting the Range Operations Contract for NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in VA. I am also the program manager supporting the people, the work, and our teammates and clients for our contracts at NASA ROC, NOAA LGSS, NOAA ProTech Satellite, and NOAA SWFO.

From 2019 to 2021, I supported I.M. Systems Group (IMSG) as a Program Manager for the NOAA National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP), Environmental Modeling Center (EMC) Scientific Support Services Contract, overseeing the Hurricane Supplemental and Disaster Recovery Appropriations tasks and personnel at the NOAA Center for Weather and Climate Prediction in College Park, MD.

Previously, I was with Noblis, Inc. as a ground systems engineer where I led a study on the ground system operations of NOAA's Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) program.

Before Noblis, I served as Weather Unit Director and Program Manager at Unisys in Malvern, Pennsylvania. At Unisys, I oversaw the Weather Information and Technology Services group and business unit.

Before Unisys, I was a civil servant at the Department of Commerce/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as the first Data Operations Manager for the new GOES-R weather satellite fleet in NOAA’s Satellite and Information Service (NESDIS). I also served as User Services Manager for the Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO) and a Contract Officer’s Technical Representative where I managed several mission critical systems and applications. I began my career as an operational meteorologist at NOAA’s Satellite Analysis Branch.

I have received several NOAA Bronze Medals for superior Federal service, and in 2008 I was named a Fellow with the Department of Commerce Science and Technology Program (ComSci)

I hold a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from Millersville University in Pennsylvania. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
