Nurse, brand ambassador, and influencer in Kentucky
"Always be a first rate version of yourself instead of a second-rate version of someone else"
Amara Taylor wants to live in a world where all time can be reversed so the 5 hours she spent playing online will revert back to the 10 she initially planned to read an email.
Amara is a Registered Nurse and self-proclaimed ‘closet nerd,’ she has been collaborating with the organization ADDA and their Workplace Committee to advocate and empower others with disabilities. After being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and is also the mother of a 10 year old son with ADHD, the Taylor household is full of life.
When she isn’t destroying town halls in her favorite game Clash of Clans, she is living it up on social media with her twitter and Facebook accounts. She also hopes to have her own blog before the end of the year.
Amara works full time at a local hospital as well as currently pursuing her graduate degree so she can have a more hands on role in research and time to advocate and empower others on the gift of knowing others such as herself who have ADHD. She wanted to end this with one of her favorite quotes by the ever so clever Dr. Suess, “Why fit in when you were born to stand out.”
