With almost three decades of experience in meat cutting, Blair Dee Fredericks got his start in the industry with the San Carlos Food Center. Serving as an apprentice meat cutter for seven years, Blair Dee Fredericks learned the necessary skills to become a journeyman in the profession.
Following this, he served Zanotto's Family Markets in a similar capacity for over a decade. While there, Mr. Fredericks was also the assistant manager of the meat department. Alongside cutting meat, he was responsible for customer service and scheduling employees.
Though he spent the following decade working with companies in different industries, he re-entered the profession in 2012 when he joined Lunardi's Food Stores. With the San Jose-based company, Blair Dee Fredericks served as an assistant manager of the meat and poultry section.
He was also a journeyman meat cutter with the company for six years. Mr. Fredericks is involved in several community-oriented causes. A former volunteer at the Hardtke World of Baseball, he has also volunteered to prepare Sunnydale's baseball fields for Little League play.
