As an Associate at Budnik & Reed PLLC, my practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals, primarily in oil, gas and mineral law. Before law school, I worked as a landman in the oil patch, and I still approach every mineral and title dispute with that field-level perspective. I represent clients in trial and appellate courts across Texas—and when a matter calls for it, beyond. My background in the oil and gas industry means I understand these disputes from the ground up, not just from the case file.

I am admitted to practice in all Texas state courts; the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas and the Eastern District of Missouri; and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits.
