My name is Blair DeMarco-Wettlaufer, and I have worked in the credit and collections field for over 25 years. I've trained over 300 collection agents, registered an agency under ISO 27001, and worked with a number of companies as a partner and advisor to help them build a better business.

I like working with people -- people are what makes businesses work. People make my workplace interesting, make teamwork possible, and let me accomplish goals.
