Blaise Lamatrice

I’m an IT professional with experience spanning end-user support, systems administration, and server infrastructure management. Over the course of my career, I’ve supported enterprise and multi-site environments, working across physical and virtual server platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint management, and monitoring systems.

I currently work as a Jr. Server Administrator, where I help manage and maintain server infrastructure supporting multiple North American facilities. My role includes virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V), server maintenance and backups, file server migrations, monitoring and alerting, SMTP troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors to support production-critical systems.

Earlier in my career, I worked in hands-on IT support and administration roles, where I built a strong foundation in troubleshooting, documentation, ticketing systems, and user support. I place a high value on clear communication, proper documentation, and reliable systems — especially in environments where uptime and accuracy matter.

I’m comfortable working independently or as part of a team, adapting to new technologies quickly, and using modern tools — including AI-assisted solutions — to improve efficiency and problem-solving without losing sight of best practices.
