Blake Dilliner works as an Applications Developer and Certified Programmer at ARGO Data Resource Corporation, in Richardson, Texas. Founded in 1980, ARGO serves the financial industry, from large banks to community credit unions, with high-technology solutions. As part of a team that tracked a new application through the whole systems development life cycle, Blake Dilliner tackled database design, defect resolution, testing, and documentation. He also assisted with recruiting and training of new employees. ARGO product lines govern not just payments and lending, but management of employee performance as well. Blake Dilliner began working for ARGO in June 2008 an entry-level programmer. In that position, he built and managed demonstration environments. Blake Dilliner also assisted in the design and update of technical documentation, project planning, and the development of software applications for management of workforces and finances. A native of Oklahoma and a graduate of Shawnee High School in Shawnee, Blake Dilliner obtained his undergraduate education at the University of Oklahoma in Norman. While pursuing his studies there, Blake Dilliner also gained customer service and retail sales experience by working as a sales person for Cool Stuff Sports Collectibles in Oklahoma City. His interest in sports continues in his fierce loyalty to his alma mater’s football team, the Sooners. The summer before his senior year at OU, Blake Dilliner earned an internship in information technologies at Shawnee CTV. The position allowed him to gain valuable experience in the maintenance of online accounts, database management, and IT troubleshooting. He also had the opportunity to install and repair both software and hardware. Blake Dilliner graduated from OU in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. Due to his impressive academic record at OU and his IT work experience at Shawnee CTV, ARGO hired him immediately, and he has worked with the company ever since.
