My top strength was includer. This strength means that I enjoy working with people and bringing other people into things that I, myself, enjoy doing. I find this strength the most interesting of the five because it is one that I definitely would have given myself. It makes it easier to work in groups during class assignments. This may also pertain to my future career as a teacher because I have to be able to work with students and other faculty members. This semester I was also able to complete the "Dream Job" assignment. This assignment allowed me to research more careers that were relative to my major and fit my interests the best. Although I'm still not sure exactly where I want to teach yet, I think this assignment was very important. It also introduced those of us who may not have known about these job-finding resources to them so that we can have them for future reference. The most interesting assignment to me that we have done so far is the "My Ohio State Tradition" assignment. I found this particularly interesting because it allowed me to research some of the traditions on campus that we follow and are expected to know as freshmen. I researched the Carmen Ohio and found a lot of interesting facts.
