Here at B.L.A.S.T. Lacrosse, we feel it is of the utmost importance that when playing lacrosse, the basics apply at all levels of the game, no matter what age group. We have harnessed what we’ve learned over the years from the best of the best out there, and progressed it into every aspect of the sport, as well as life. Still to this day, we have a desiring passion towards this game of talent, finesse and discipline. Our team here at B.L.A.S.T. can make you, your child or whoever it may be, into the most disciplined, lacrosse sound athlete on the field. We will teach you everything and anything needed to excel to the greatest levels of the game.

The one on one lesson means that players are given instruction that best suits how they as an individual learn, at their own pace.

Our group sessions offer peer to peer learning, along with intense, fun competition. The players will become more motivated by observing each other. This will inspire them to practice more and try more challenging tasks.
