As a Professional Coach with Life Star LLC, I specialize in guiding women through significant life transitions. Prior to embarking on my coaching journey, I served in various impactful roles. At the Department of Veterans Affairs, I provided oversight and direction in areas of quality, safety, and value, ensuring that millions in funding were managed with integrity. My expertise in strategic policy and program management was key in spearheading initiatives across various programs, benefiting Veterans and their families. With a Master's Degree in Administration and decades of military service in the United States Air Force Reserve, my discipline and strategic acumen are well-recognized. Through my leadership, mentorship, and coaching, I continue to inspire change and growth, offering tools to navigate life transitions.
