I am a Multi-Stakeholder Delivery Specialist with over four years of experience partnering with senior executives to deliver complex public and private sector initiatives through strategy execution, operational leadership, and cross-sector collaboration. My work focuses on helping organizations transform strategy into measurable outcomes by coordinating people, partnerships, systems, and resources within complex institutional environments.
My areas of expertise include strategy, operations, Project Management, public policy, government affairs, government relations, negotiations, stakeholder management, strategic partnership development, executive partnership, programme and project coordination, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance. I specialize in strengthening collaboration between government institutions, development organizations, multilateral and donor agencies, civil society organizations, and the private sector, ensuring that diverse stakeholders align around shared objectives and deliver sustainable, measurable impact.
Throughout my career, I have served as a trusted strategic partner to public and private sector executives, supporting executive decision-making through effective coordination, relationship management, policy-informed analysis, and operational execution. I have successfully coordinated and supported initiatives valued at over ₦650 million, including implementing a ₦150 million government-backed rent financing programme, overseeing a public-sector development portfolio across 25 Local Government Areas, and delivering a 3,000-participant national summit with 50+ strategic partners and stakeholders. I have also designed digital systems that improved programme administration for more than 5,000 beneficiaries, strengthening operational efficiency, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
My experience spans executive support at the highest level, project and programme management, institutional coordination, policy implementation, partnership management, stakeholder negotiations, and government engagement. I have worked closely with senior government officials, policymakers, executive leadership, contractors, development partners, community leaders, and private sector organizations to facilitate high-level engagements, negotiate stakeholder interests, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage strategic partnerships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational and policy objectives.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Administrative Studies, a Master of Science in International Affairs and Strategic Studies, and a Master of Philosophy in Security and Strategic Studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Strategic Studies. This multidisciplinary foundation enables me to bridge governance, diplomacy, leadership, security, and organizational strategy with practical execution, helping institutions navigate complexity while improving performance and delivering sustainable outcomes.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I contribute to policy and governance discourse through research and publications on governance, diplomacy, public policy, and national security, while serving as a Global Peace Ambassador and supporting initiatives that promote leadership, institutional reform, peacebuilding, and sustainable development.
