Hi, I’m Blessing Majola. I’m a learning and development professional with 8+ years of experience helping organizations design impactful training, streamline onboarding, and empower employees to perform at their best. Over the years, I’ve partnered with global companies like Smartsheet, SMART Technologies, Virgin Voyages, and Dishio to create scalable learning programs that drive adoption, improve performance, and deliver measurable results.

My expertise spans instructional design, customer enablement, corporate training, and multimedia content development. I’m also deeply passionate about using AI and digital tools to make learning more engaging, efficient, and accessible. From building eLearning courses and managing LMS platforms to facilitating live training and creating video-based education hubs, I thrive on making complex ideas simple, practical, and actionable.

Beyond work, I bring a unique global perspective—I’ve taught in South Korea, performed internationally as a recording artist, and worked with diverse teams across industries and cultures.
