Rachelle King, Owner & Founder of Blinded by the Bite! Lifestyle Group, is a lifestyle consultant & freelance writer, who's focus is on food and travel. Rachelle works with restaurants, chefs and personal clients as a gluten-free consultant. Under Blinded by the Bite! Lifestyle Group, Rachelle has also worked as a brand/public relations consultant with Kohana Coffee, Delysia Chocolates, Edible Austin's "Edible Texas Food & Wine Match" and Nourished.

Rachelle's passion for philanthropy has lead her to serve as the Culinary Chair for AIDS Services Austin on their annual VIVA Event, Co-Culinary Chair for the March of Dimes Chef's Signature Auction and Team Leader for Austin Bakes.
