I’m a program engagement and student experience leader operating at the intersection of education, community, and brand.

As a Student Programs Manager within Product & CX, I serve as both operational owner and on-screen host for live programming across a large online education ecosystem, driving engagement, retention, and enrollment. I design and execute high-impact events end-to-end—from speaker sourcing and content architecture to facilitation, performance quality, and post-event optimization.

I also serve as a Subject Matter Expert in functional nutrition, partnering on the comprehensive redesign of a long-form online immersion program into a more focused 6-month certification, strengthening curriculum structure, clarifying learning objectives, and improving pacing and learner outcomes.

With 14+ years in education, coaching, and program delivery, I specialize in translating complex subject matter into clear, engaging learning experiences. I build graduate advocacy pipelines, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and curriculum teams, and create environments where students feel connected, supported, and motivated to succeed.
