To schedule an appointment, please ensure you have a valid credit or debit card and a photo ID to prove your identity. For Oklahoma residents, we accept Oklahoma State Issued IDs, Driver's licenses, and US Passports accompanied by a lease or utility bill as proof of residency. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, these are the only accepted forms of identification.

Our medical marijuana recommendations are priced at $75, with a maximum total cost of $204.30, inclusive of our office visit fee and the OMMA application fee. Veterans, including those who are 100% disabled, are processed for free but are still responsible for the OMMA fee.

To expedite your appointment process, please complete your paperwork at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time. Additionally, registering with the OMMA at omma.ok.gov beforehand and knowing your username and password will help streamline the application process if you choose to have our staff assist you.
