Laurie Heggie, Broker/GRI

Laurie received her Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2003 and went on to get licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 2006. She has been affiliated with Prudential Snyder Real Estate since 2003. Along with residential real estate, Laurie and her husband own rental property, and Laurie serves as rental property manager for several clients.

Having spent much of her life in Bloomington/Normal, Laurie is very familiar with the market and can help both newcomers and native Bloomington/Normal residents find the right property.

Laurie has worked with buyers and sellers in the residential, multi-family, and agricultural land arenas.
