Blossom Egbude is a Nigerian lawyer and policy professional passionate about promoting data-driven policies, advocacy and sustainable development. Building on her impactful work in legal practice and community organising, she transitioned into the position of Policy and Partnerships Fellow at Global Citizen, a renowned international advocacy organisation, under the BeyGOOD Fellowship. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in forging partnerships and developing strategic policies. Her efforts were instrumental in advocating for progressive initiatives centred around gender equality, climate action, and education. Due to her exceptional performance, she now serves as a dedicated Partnerships Associate, engaging with governments to facilitate the implementation of these transformative policies. Blossom believes that when informed by data, public policy has the potential to significantly impact people's lives in tangible ways and this has driven her passion to data-driven public policies in African economies through her work.

Blossom’s work has received the Nigeria-America Partnership Award by the U.S. Consulate as a 2021 Carrington Youth Fellow; 2022 Youth Leader of the centre for International Private Enterprise; The 2023 Diana Award; nominated for The Future Africa Award for Professional Service and recognised as one of Africa’s Top 50 Rising women under 30 trailblazing in the field of Social Impact by SheLeadsAfrica 2023.
