I do competition track and field since about 15 years. I have still been attracted by sport, by doing dance (rythmic, classic, contemporaine, tap dancing), hand-ball or again skiing. I had practised hardly every event in track and field (sprint, long jumping, polt vault,etc.) but i specialized in 100m hurdles and ranked in French top 10 (young international and several time french championship). In parallel, i did engineer studies at INSA Lyon in sport section and I passed my degree in material sciences. After that, i went to train in INSEP at Paris and to follow my professional and sport career. To succed, i interested in improving my mental and psychological abilities.
