Hello, my name is Kimberley. I am from this crazy metro area and I love it. I went away for a bit, and , yes. I was crazy enough to come back.

I am passionate about making a difference. You see, I am a bit of an hybrid leader. I started out in operations and kind of "fell" into Human Resources. Isn't that how we all find our passion?

It makes me a great business partner as I am able to understand what drives the business and then help operations understand the softer side of the "humans."

It's all a balancing act wouldn't you say?

I use my experience to train and develop leaders to find their passion and drive operational excellence.

Aside from my own personal learning, I enjoy traveling to the unknown, I am a coffee connoisseur and a foodie that will try anything at least once!
