San Diego provides a bevy of interesting walks. With the average house value being around $500,000, they better be interesting!

To rest, I an average of stop on my way home from work to walk from Cardiff to Carlsbad on the beach. For beautiful sunsets and delicious waves, the seaside between Cardiff to Carlsbad cant be beat.

Cardiff - Starting

This hike is typically started by me by parking just south of restaurant row in Cardiff. Restaurant row is found to the north of the lagoon between Solana and Cardiff Beach on Highway 101. Subsequent San Elijo, you'll go through Sea Cliff County Park with hills over 100 feet high. This park is quickly followed by an area known affectionately as Swamis.
