Holistic Health, Teacher, and Program Director in New London, Connecticut

I am deeply committed to supporting youth and families through times of challenge, and I believe in creating environments where resilience, healing, and hope can take root.

My background spans trauma, suicidality, relationship violence, behavioral intervention, and social-emotional practices, giving me a holistic perspective that guides both leadership and program development. I earned my Master of Arts in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Special Education from the University of Connecticut, and my work is grounded in the belief that every young person deserves both immediate safety and long-term opportunity.

I feel most like myself in nature — on a quiet trail, near a waterfall, or by the ocean. Being outside clears my head and helps me reset. I enjoy live music, theater, road trips, and planning the next little getaway. I’m less interested in checking places off a list and more drawn to experiences that feel real, beautiful, and memorable. I tend to live by intuition more than rigid rules. I care about health, balance, energy, and staying connected to what feels natural and true. I’m drawn to holistic living, fresh air, meaningful conversation, and people who are comfortable being themselves. Water has always felt grounding to me — the ocean, rivers, waterfalls, moonlit walks, all of it.
