My name is Joe Miller, and I started Blue Ridge Automotive European & Domestic with a simple goal in mind — to create an auto repair shop where people feel comfortable, respected, and confident about the care their vehicle receives. I know many drivers have had frustrating experiences with repair shops in the past, whether it was confusing explanations, unexpected costs, or feeling pressured into repairs they did not fully understand. I wanted our shop in Chamblee, GA to feel different from that experience.

At Blue Ridge Automotive, we believe honest communication matters just as much as quality repairs. My team and I take time to explain what is happening with your vehicle in a way that makes sense, so you can make informed decisions without stress or pressure. We are not here to overwhelm customers with technical language. We are here to help people keep their vehicles safe, reliable, and running properly.

Since opening in 2022, we have proudly worked on Asian, Domestic, and European vehicles including Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevy, Jeep, Nissan, Hyundai, Mazda, Lexus, BMW, and Audi models. We provide brake repair, engine diagnostics, oil changes, transmission replacement, steering and suspension repairs, electrical diagnostics, tune-ups, and much more.

What I enjoy most about this business is building long-term relationships with people in the community. We are not focused on quick transactions. We want customers to feel comfortable coming back whenever they need maintenance, repairs, or simply honest advice about their vehicle.

For me, Blue Ridge Automotive is about combining dealership-level professionalism with the welcoming atmosphere of a neighborhood repair shop where customers are treated like people, not numbers. Every vehicle that comes through our doors matters because every customer matters.
