1.) Weekly or fortnightly meetings with minutes outlining progress onsite, any information we require, any questions you may have and any changes made to the build.
2.) A detailed outline programme of the works which will be regularly updated to show progress on site and when we require customer supplied items.
3.) A payment schedule or valuation document working in conjunction with the outline programme making sure you are financially secure throughout the build.
