Brian Nammari

Brian Nammari is a Project Manager with over ten years of progressive technical and managerial experience in designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining software applications, graphics, websites, as well as social and digital media spaces, with an emphasis in managing projects that involve IT consultancy, digital solutions and technologies into the management consulting and digital media industries.

Mr. Nammari’s experience in the design and development of digital e-learning materials has allowed him to contribute to the managing and building of new customized tools in the Ektron content management system and Blackboard learning management system to enhance the online learning experience. He has also introduced new ideas and solutions geared towards increasing student enrollments in distance education (i.e., introducing the mobile learning technology at Ryerson University). With a thorough knowledge and direct involvement in managing and maintaining B2C and B2B projects revolving around web and digital projects’ development life cycle; web content management; and strong skills in HTML, XML, CSS, and SEO (search engine optimization), he has a solid understanding of the digital world and the necessary tools and requirements to advise and satisfy stakeholder needs.

Mr. Nammari’s project management experience includes day-to-day project management with an active role in managing budgets, resources and activities schedules and acting as a point of contact for clients, developers and third party vendors. He communicates effectively to set and manage project expectations, statements of work SOW, work breakdown schedules (WBSs), resources, costs, procurements, configurations, and risk, in order to ensure successful project completion. This includes prioritizing project requirements, working effectively with cross-functional teams. Tracking deliverables across all project phases, and monitoring and controlling changes to the schedule and overall project.
