Welcome to my personal page!

In short, I am a designer of formats and practices for engaging professionals and accelerating change. I also receive good feedback for being a 'constructively thought provoking' public speaker on leadership and accelerating business change.

I am lucky to work with what I'm most passionate about; to help others explore and identify - sometimes reinvent -their professional purpose and help others grow.

The roots to my passion for exploring and growing engagement and leadership lies in lucky coincidences and extraordinary mentors. I had the privilege to spend my formative professional years at university as a junior member of a team of researchers, teachers and foresightful companies. challenging the mainstream view of knowledge, learning and leadership.

For me, the explorative but very real work with companies proved the start of the journey I am still on; of developing engaging 'formats' or mechanisms for triggering professional people to explore and learn.

Today, my work continues in the form of LearningMiles, a company dedicated to help leaders start and accelerate reinvention in their companies.

At LearningMiles we co-design formats for accelerating change of culture, leadership and business for seemingly very different 'worlds'; e.g. mobile technology, banking, heavy industry, public services and news-media.

In 2014, a client company received the international award 'Innovation System of the Year' for their application of our signature format 'FutureWorks'.

For me and my colleagues, this was a proud moment. For me personally, it underlined core insight about leadership and change; engagement follows leadership by asking real and compelling questions and facilitating discovery.
