I am a bubbly HR Business Partner who has a real passion for Employee Relations. I get great satisfaction from assisting colleagues to realise their true potential.

I have a real excitement for the role I carry out and sometimes in the world of HR things can become difficult but I think it is important to have a little bit of fun with my fellow HR colleagues. My colleagues, currently would describe me as a lively member of the team who always brings a little bit of fun into the working day.

I love to build up good working relationships with my business partners as it encourages staff and managers to confide in me regarding anything that may be on their mind.

I am a mum of three beautiful children, passionate about employee relations and dedicated to my work and most importantly I know how to have fun!
