Bob Holmes

Mr. Holmes’ experience in the industry spans more than 30 years in upstream, midstream and downstream operations, in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Before taking his current role as VP HSE-Compliance in 2015, Mr. Holmes served as Global HSSE Director at Trans-Atlantic Petroleum in Istanbul Turkey, with Compliance, Environmental, Health and Safety management responsibilities for multiple facilities and oil field service operations across Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Holmes has developed, written and implemented several management behavioral based safety programs, establishing safety cultures reducing incident rates below the national and international average, establishing world class safety operations and receiving high levels of success and recognition. He is responsible for delivering best-in- class Safety and Compliance management across all sectors of Fairway Energy. A degreed safety professional, with a Master’s of Science from Montana State University and a Bachelor's from Gustavus Adolphus College.
