Bob Johansson

Bob W. Johansson is a Canadian professional engineer. He was born in Voxjo, Sweden on May 12, 1959. Currently residing in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, he spends his time working as a consultant specializing in mechanical and structural engineering.
He is the founder of,Johansson Engineering Ltd, which was incorporated in the year 2004 in the province of Alberta, Canada.
Prior to becoming a self employed consultant he was employed at Allan R. Nelson Engineering (1997) Inc. as a senior engineer (consulting) for twelve years.
His education took place at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) where he graduated in 1992 with a diploma (honors) in Mechanical Engineering Technology and The University of Victoria in 1998 with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.)
He is a member in good standing (P.Eng.) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geo Scientists of Alberta (APEGA) as well as Eco Canada. As well, he is a CSA B620 registered design engineer with Transport Canada.
Areas which he has specific experience are forensic engineering, fire investigation, oil rig design, heating & ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), machine design and pressure vessels.
