Bob has authored several books and papers including the books “Windows Vista Deployment and Administration Bible”, “The Definitive Guide to Windows Desktop Administration” and "The Start to Finish Guide to Scripting with KiXtart". He has writes and speaks on the topic of desktop administration regularly and was awarded as an MVP by Microsoft for three years in recognition of his efforts. Bob works as Sr. Product Manager and Community Manager for Dell KACE with a focus on the ITNinja community.
