Having been involved in the Call Center, SLA, IT, training delivery. Traveling abroad in France and other European countries for the past 6 years, I am so much aware of Call Centers, IT services , C-Sat monitoring and I understand clients requirements and expectations. Currently, I work for Amadeus ACO Egypt as Helpdesk & training consultant. I have completed all Amadeus Helpdesk Training CERTIFICATIONS with 100 % in Amadeus NICE.

Before I was for IBM Egypt as Transition Manager & End User Team Lead, leading team of 50 persons for accounts e.g: Air Canada 1st Level Helpdesk, IBM Global Account 1.5 Level Deskside support,.... etc...., administrating TSM (IBM CRM)and Transition Manager responsible for facilitating accounts transfer from one country to another.

In 2009, I became one of Stream Global Service pioneers assisting the recruitment team in getting the right people hired and in delivering the training for the first technical Batch (Netgear). During that time, I also handled IT Implementation (Data Center, IP Phones, Computers, Servers & Routers configuration) and facilities.

Public Relations Tasks & Activities have fallen in my area of specialization as I scheduled visits and outings to Stream Clients supported by my educational background as a Tour Guide. Further details can be found in my enclosed resume.
