Bob Brumley

Robert (Bob) Brumley was appointed Senior Managing Director of CITE Development, LLC [www.cite-city.com], a solely-held subsidiary of its parent firm, Pegasus Global Holdings, LLC [www.pegasusglobalholdings.com], where he also serves as a Managing Member & Co-Founder. CITE intends on becoming the preferred global venue for Next-Generation Technologies Testing & Evaluation, open to all federal laboratories, universities, and commercial firms. CITE is designed as a fully-integrated urban, suburban, X-burb complex, wherein cross-disciplinary testing can occur in the areas of energy production and distribution; integrated traffic systems; telecommunications; resource sustainability; and advanced operational management systems – all in a “live” City environment – without a resident population. Such testing and evaluation would serve as a precursor to the introduction of complex products & solutions into legacy and Smart City communities.Robert (Bob) Brumley brings extensive executive experience in the management and financing of early stage ventures, particularly in commercialization of federally-funded research, telecommunications and innovation. He is also recognized as an international M&A specialist and has held senior executive positions with global telecommunications firms such as Deutsche Telekom and Bell Atlantic International [Verizon]. He has assisted in developing international business relationships and investments in the fast-growing regions of Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia. He served in both terms of the Reagan Administration and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps.
