I love cooking as far as I can remember. Yet when I was a child I wanted to know how could the food be that tasty, I guess that is why I started spending more and more time in the kitchen helping my mother and learning from her how to match ingredients to make a delicious dish. Then it was obvious that I had to make cooking be my job, it was what I was the best at.
I learnt more then at school from famous chefs like Jamie Oliver. Then I spent years around the world, looking for new ways to cook. I learnt much from those trips and met a lot of interesting persons which, in my opinion, made me grow and helped me increasing my chef skills. Nowaday I am still looking for interesting experiences, and one day, I hope, I will own my own restaurant, which may be a famous one.
A bit more about me. I come from a well-off family, my father owns his own business which was more than enoughh to make my family live comfortably. The problem was that we were always moving, following my father's job constraints. That is probably the reason why i spent much time with my mother, I did not really have friends, and if I had some I could not stay in the same town for more than few years. I think I did not stay more than four years in the same town, usually we were staying one or two years and then moving again. These continual changes made me able to travel around the world, which is, today, really a good thing.
