Bob Benninghofen
- Founder of Benninghofen Company. and designer of our educational brand “Choice Awareness Management”, where we deliver products and services for people and their businesses. Our business and basic design objective is to teach people how to create beliefs and choices systems using our Beliefs and Choices Architecture (BCA) for themselves and their teams for the purpose of growing themselves and the business, to scale and sustain excellence in all processes, sharing collective learning while promoting improvement among all stakeholders.
For me, my family and colleagues, I am on an continuous development expedition; a journey with a clear destination to support our business with ideas that meet our stated objective. I am striving to grow and expand both personally and professionally. This includes seeking and exploring new methods to put puzzle pieces together in different ways, no matter in what domain (e.g. industry, institution, technology, topics/subjects, etc.) we find ourselves playing.
I completely enjoy figuring out how things fit together and work. It doesn’t matter what: mechanical, ideas, people - you name it - I find myself wanting and seeking ways to allow them to work together. Seeing how best that can occur. Following this theme, I have enjoyed technology over the past few decades, process and people, while working toward combining them in ways that serve us all effectively and healthily.
Like you, I have many varied identities with labels like male, husband, friend, father, brother, uncle, business owner, partner, mentor, etc. My favorites are husband and dad!!! I also like the newer label explorer and aspirant: especially loving the businesses of others, my own and being creative.
However, I try not to let those identities completely define who I am being at any given moment - acknowledging them here. Some of the identities take the form of web presences, and like many people today I participate in Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
