Bobbi Faulkner

I am a professional life and business coach, just one of many things that make up my full and abundant life.

I have been coaching for as long as I can remember…. Although, I didn’t call it coaching at the time…

I have always been the go-to person my friends, family, colleagues and supervisors would seek out in order to share their life situations, challenges, to bounce ideas off or ask for help to gain clarity when they couldn’t see their answer. Topics from relationships, to work, parenting, business ideas and leadership issues, it continued to show up in my life that people always felt safe and comfortable sharing their lives and challenges with me.

Not because I was willing to listen to the same story over and over again… but most likely, because I wasn’t. Instinctively, I would help them get out of their story, get “unstuck” and move ahead… navigating their path with more clarity and vision.

In 2006, I discovered that what I was doing so naturally actually had a name. It’s called Coaching. I began my training at that time. Excited that an instinctive and natural passion for me was in fact something that I could offer to the world in service others.

I ask nothing of those I coach, that I would not (or have not) been willing to do myself.

I am selective about who I choose to coach, and have had the privilege of working with a wide spectrum of incredible individuals from many walks of life, roles and industries… My criteria, for the clients I choose to work with are: a Willingness to Grow, Awareness of the Disconnect between their Current and Desired State, Courage and Commitment to do what it takes to get to there, and Understanding the Value of a trusted Partner/Coach.

When I receive messages like this, I consider myself blessed to have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those I am fortunate to serve in this capacity…

“Bobbi, you really helped me today. You are able to verbalize and categorize my thoughts in a way that I have been unable to before. I never thought of myself the way you helped me see myself today….. I always secretly thought some of those qualities made me a failure of some sort. I don’t anymore. I have new information about myself that will help me as I make the major life decisions in front of me.”
