I'm Bobby Fieman a first year Sport Industry major at The Ohio State University in the College of Education and Human Ecology.

My 5 top strengths are Positivity, Harmony, Activator, Discipline, and Empathy. Positivity is the one strength that I feel has helped me the most here at OSU. No matter how difficult things have gotten with classes and living on my own, I have looked toward the positives and remained upbeat and happy! I will continue to strive to stay positive through ups and downs in the future.

My favorite OSU tradition is the rivalry between The Ohio State Buckeyes and the School up North. It is one of the greatest rivalries in the country and each year that game decides whether it will be 365 days of happiness or 365 days of misery. Being able to experience the thrashing of the Wolverines this year by Urban Meyer's Buckeyes is one of my favorite moments of my first semester. I am going to make sure to appreciate the rivalry in my time here.

My dream job is to be the athletic director at a high school here in Ohio. Since I was a kid I have always wanted to be an AD and have my family grow up in a small town in Ohio. I will push myself day after day to make my dreams come true and fulfill my goal of being an athletic director in Ohio.
