Bobby Harrison
Bobby Harrison is a UK based session guitarist, singer and songwriter. In recent years he has toured the USA and Canada extensively with The Australian Pink Floyd Show and has played guitar for the hit Queen show We Will Rock You in London's West End, as well as in Zurich, Stuttgart and Vienna - where he also performed with Brian May. In 2009, Bobby toured Europe as guitarist for Richard O'Brien's Rocky Horror Show.
Bobby is currently providing guitar and vocal duties for both Brit Floyd and The Classic Rock Show and has played at many prestigious venues such as London's Royal Albert Hall and O2 Arena; The Nokia Theatre and Gibson Amphitheater, Los Angeles; The Fillmore, San Francisco; The Bell Centre, Montreal and headline slots at Glastonbury and the Isle Of Wight Festival.
Bobby's studio work includes sessions for composer Michael Kamen, recording at Abbey Road Studios with Westlife, The Lighthouse Family andDame Kiri Te Kanawa as well as playing guitar on the soundtrack to the Patrick Stewart movie Back to Gaya.
Bobby has also provided session guitar, vocal and songwriting duties for Zomba Music Publishing and performed at the 2010 British Grand Prix as part of the Silverstone House Band, alongside Formula 1's Eddie Jordan and Sebastian Vettel.
Initially self-taught, Bobby later went on to study privately with top UK session guitarist and tutor Phil Hilborne where he further developed his knowledge of theory, technique and general musicianship. Bobby has a wealth of live and studio experience and since the age of 14 has been both a frontman and guitarist for many bands, several of which secured recording contracts.
Bobby currently holds artist endorsements with Cornford Amplifiers, Ernie Ball Musicman Guitars, Suhr Guitars, Keeley Electronics, Bareknuckle Pickups, Ernie Ball strings and Jim Dunlop picks and accessories.
