I believe that as leaders we have a responsibility to stay hungry, stay humble, and invest in others the same way we have been invested in. My title is Chief Operating Officer but I am also a marketer, brand evangelist, coach, blogger and leadership development aficionado. I still feel like I am on the front line serving guests everyday, and that is a great feeling that I am honored to have after 30 years in the business. As leaders we have to stay grounded in the business in which we lead. It's essential to create connections that matter with our employees, guests, and our families for us to lead at the level that creates great business results that are sustainable and reproducible. I teach other leaders how to develop other leaders and make a difference in their world. I also help them exercise their influence in ways that help them grow as a leader.
