Bobby Stemmer

I am a longtime Portlander living life with Leanne, my best friend and wife of 12 years, and our beagle Allie.

I love sports, my favorite being golf. Some of my favorite courses include Bandon Dunes, Cabo Real, Kapalua and Nicklaus North in Whistler.

My career began at Sprint in 1999 as a retail sales representative in downtown Portland. For 12 of my 17 years at Sprint I was in management. My progression up the ranks was quick as I continually gained the admiration and support of both peers and executive leadership. My management style revolves around building teams that have a "diversity of thought". Bringing people together that think and do things differently then getting them to collaborate really drives results.

In 2012, I was selected by executive leadership as one of only four peers nationally to attend a management and leadership program hosted by Duke Corporate Education at our headquarters in Kansas City. The trips to KC were many, but well worth it, as I gained significant amounts of knowledge to lead teams and myself to even higher levels of performance.

I will forever be grateful of the friends, mentors and leaders that helped get me to where I am today in both my personal and professional life.

And now, I'm ready to start a new career and confident it will turn into another long run of positive results.
