As a Change Worker I believe we all have everything we need to make our lives as we want. The past 10 years, for me, have been a self-discovery journey with inner work, discovering passions, living adventures, gaining wisdom, inspiring others, re-set my mind, flex my body, walk on the spirit's path. During this period, I moved countries several times, explored multiple professions, applied a few different sets of philosophies and beliefs, and mostly discovered who I am, what my purpose is, and how I can do my best, to be in flow.
On my path, the greatest achievement is the steps I started taking to follow my passion and focus on the field of human development, cognitive based sciences and eastern philosophy. Working with youth, teachers, educators, parents, groups of youth, professionals, and teams to bring clarity on purpose, mission, resources, achievement and areas of development.
As I have been working in formal and non-formal education contexts in the past four years, I believe that learning about ourselves is the key to adapting our behavior, habits, skills, capacities, clarity towards our values, identity or sense of purpose. And I emphasize here the role and purpose of natural habitat, fresh air, scenery of the wilderness that has massive impact on our body, mind and soul.
