Mr. Bobby Varghese, is an entrepreneur known to be a proven architect for his high-impact growth strategies, international business expansion and M&A initiatives, with a strong track record of delivering values through strategic partnerships and operational scale-up. He primarily focus and align the development of Investments with global business and strategic projects, to lay a solid foundation as an integral part of those corporations or for a sovereign institution of Government OR even for a Sovereign Government itself ~ since the focus being always the high impact growth, expansion and scaleup towards larger returns. As a seasoned C-Suite Executive and a board-level strategist with over 27 years of global business leadership, he managed strategic affairs, cross-border investments, business and projects development with passion, fervour and high integrity.

By bringing a board-level insight, commercial acumen and a global network into those corporate goals to drive enterprise growth, portfolio diversification and sustainable market leadership, he led the teams previously to major turnarounds in the promotion of global events, as well as in the strategic development of key projects in the National Space Satellite Programs, Aerospace Engineering, Life Sciences, IT outsourced projects etc., to name a few. Propelled always by a vision to add 'creative values' to the strategic organizations he had been part of, he led through those previous missions focused on creating 'value for investments'. Thus all these factors contributed in adding up hundreds of millions valued new project additions under the Space-tech Programs of Government, Global Business Corporations etc. through his self-devised platforms for JVs and Global Strategic Alliances together with US and European cross border collaborations. With such devotion he led the teams for the high impact development of state-of-the-art infrastructure, projects incubation, engineering systems, products etc., with process and quality revamping steps to implement the highest production efficiency.

In addition, he also executed a key role of liaison with the Executive Members of the Cabinets of Governments, Foreign Offices, Executive offices of Global Corporations, National Aerospace Centres and other Strategic Institutions, etc. This further enabled him later to create major iconic additions to the national goals in Aerospace, Life Sciences and other strategic projects by becoming part of the Strategic Management Groups (SMG),
