Bob Raidt is a Chicago-based, proven marketing leader & innovator who brings out the best in multi-functional, global teams. He is a passionate champion of creativity as a driver of business. As Global CEO of Arc Worldwide, Bob's accountability is to continue to build the capability, connectivity, and integrated collaboration of the Arc global network to drive results for clients. Prior, he served as the President of Arc & was Worldwide Account Head on Leo Burnett’s global Samsung account, where his team won six Lions at Cannes Festival 2014.
In his 19 years at Leo Burnett has been focused on the McDonald’s account. From 2004 to 2013, Bob served as Worldwide Account Head on McDonald’s. Under Bob's leadership the McDonald's account grew to 35 countries with key large market wins including Japan, Australia, Russia, and the Middle East region. Bob also has led Leo Burnett’s global Coca-Cola account, where his team earned nine Lions (3 gold) at Cannes Festival 2013. He has also served as Brand Account Director on P&G’s Swiffer Brand Agency Leader team. Bob also served 3 years in Singapore as Regional Account Director.
Bob also leads the Leo Burnett Group USA Business Leadership Department comprised of more than 300 professionals.
Bob is a member of the Board of Directors at Beacon Communications, Leo Burnett’s agency in Japan. Bob has served as a director on the Advertising Educational Foundation board. He has also served as a board member of The World Wildlife Fund/Earth Hour Initiative and The CFIDS Association of America. Previously, he was Chairman of the Publicity Committee for the Chicago Chapter of March of Dimes WalkAmerica.
Bob has his Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.
