I am a senior learning and talent management executive with a passion for customer and employee experience transformation. I am one of the first 10 people in the world certified in the models and frameworks of The Experience Economy. I enjoy helping people develop their presentation skills using the 3S model.

I have lived in nine different cities in the United States, and have enjoyed memorable experiences in all of them. I am the father of three children. My wife Susan and I are very proud of Rob, Courtney, and Jack, as they launch into their adult lives and careers. I am a graduate of the University of Missouri, and I am a fan of the Universities of Virginia, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.
