I was born in Kilmarnock, Scotland and raised in the mining village of Cumnock in Ayrshire. I emigrated to Tasmania in 1979 with my family and live on my own in the coastal city of Burnie.

I am a retired StateRegistered Nurse & proud father of to fantastic children. I am also a recovering alcoholic.

I played in rock bands for many years and now focus on recording my own music.

My main interest is writing. I publish short stories, poetry and blogs. Ifind writing both relaxing and extremely stimulating.

I like the notion that people get enjoyment and stimulation from my writing.
