As the VP of the global Service Cloud consulting practice at Bluewolf, an IBM Company. (www.bluewolf.com), I lead a team that helps companies transform their customer experiences across all channels. In addition to the focus on technology I love helping new managers and leaders find their way.

I recently received ICMI's Lifetime Achievement Award. And was named as a Top 50 #cctr Thought Leader on Twitter.

I am in awe of my daughter, the #warriorprincess, as she fights stage-4 breast cancer! And proud of my son and his family's ministry work.

As a Board Member at Point of Impact - www.poihn.org, I have the opportunity to lead a charity that supports more than 450 children in the city of Tegucigalpa Honduras.
