Bob Gerace
CEO and Founder in Atlanta, GA
Bob Gerace is a Christian men’s coach, former SaaS executive, and founder of Warrior Husband, a global movement dedicated to restoring marriages and raising faith-driven husbands. With decades of leadership and personal trials, including a near-collapse during the 2008 financial crisis and a cancer diagnosis, Bob helps men lead with love, rebuild trust, and take responsibility for the legacy they leave behind.
Raised in Syracuse, New York, Bob pursued higher education across multiple institutions, ultimately earning a dual major in Business and Computer Science from the University of South Florida. In 1998, he founded Computer Resource Center, LLC, serving major medical and financial clients. He prioritized security and uptime, building proprietary infrastructure in a 32,000-square-foot facility while expanding into cybersecurity and compliance.
The company grew to support hundreds of thousands of field workers for global retail brands, employing over 60 US professionals and 50 international staff. By 2002, it was a multi-million-dollar success. After more than two decades, Bob completed a strategic exit. However, in 2008, the economic downturn and a cancer diagnosis tested his resilience, bringing financial strain and personal crisis.
Supported by his wife, Debbie, and close friends, Bob underwent treatment and spiritual renewal. Prayer and scripture restored his sense of purpose, leading to the 2015 founding of Warrior Husband. Designed for men excelling professionally yet struggling at home, the movement emphasizes scripture, mentorship, and accountability through models like the Warrior Sanctification Method and the King’s Roadmap to Reconnection.
Over 10,000 men across more than 10 countries have experienced transformation through Warrior Husband’s programs, from short-term Jumpstart coaching to the immersive Inner Circle. Brotherhood groups foster accountability and connection, while Bob personally mentors participants. Topics such as communication, intimacy, and fatherhood are addressed with biblical conviction and without compromise.
Looking ahead, Bob Gerace Reviews envisions the Warrior King Network, empowering graduates to mentor others, plant hubs, and influence churches. Approaching his 40th wedding anniversary in 2026, he embodies his message that lifelong marriage is possible. Married since 1986, Bob and Debbie share a legacy of service, family devotion, and a passion for aviation, seeing life and leadership from a higher perspective.
