The chairman and chief executive officer of Royal Buying Group, Inc. for more than two decades, Bob Juckniess has a proven record of developing strategic vision and driving business growth. In the past five years, he has helped the company achieve 1,443% sales growth and 87% reduction in employee healthcare costs, as well as leading the company’s successful expansion to Canada and Europe. In addition to his role with Royal Buying Group, Inc., Bob Juckniess is the CEO of Lorah, Inc., a chain of physical therapy and strength therapy clinics, and he recently opened the start-up Advanced Cyber Café, in Guinea.

Previously, Robert Juckniess spent 22 years as chairman and CEO of RWJ Management Companies, Inc., in which role he operated ten BP gasoline stations, convenience stores, and carwashes in the Chicago area and earned numerous BP awards for excellence. Mr. Juckniess received a bachelor of arts in psychology and business administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwesten's Kellogg School, where he specialized in finance, marketing, and international business.
