Bob McDougall

Project Manager in Montreal, QC, Canada

Bi-pedal, left-handed and colour-blind anglophone. Born and raised in Montreal. My eyesight kept me out of the RCMP (my hindsight is 20/20) and a complete lack of talent (I can't turn left), out of the NHL.

The Queen of England gave me a medal. As a professional ski instructor and guide living in Switzerland, I spent some time teaching members of the Kuwaiti Royal Family how to ski. Previous Guinness World Record holder. I travelled around Turkey (the country) on a motorbike and Morocco on a mountain bike. I recently completed a bike trip that took me through France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. Belgium, Vietnam, Cuba, Russia, Estonia and Latvia - you're next!

I volunteer my time building websites for people and organizations who can't.

Currently working for the Canadian Government as an award-winning project management professional (PMP). I have a degree in urban planning and a graduate diploma in information technology. I'm an advocate for active transportation and cycling infrastructure. I bike to work - sometimes on a bicycle and sometimes on my Harley. In my spare time I've moulded the minds of the future, one minor hockey player at a time. I have made a citizen's arrest. I am more of a dog person, but once broke down the front door of a burning house to save a cat.

My kids like trains, planes and girls. They dislike emptying the dishwasher and cutting the grass. Life is good.

Send me Toblerone (or anything Belgian) and I'm your friend for life.
