Because the Dunmore’s widespread reputation as a celebrated Bahamian destination needs to be preserved at all times, Mr. Bob Terrance Saunders, Assistant General Manager, strives to deliver the best customer service that all guests will rightly commend for a long time to come. Having completed his Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management in 2009, Mr. Saunders strives to optimize the talents and skills he has obtained from Gordon University . Mr. Saunders also worked hard to earn a certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn Foster Career School. He has been determinedly working towards his second degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, also at Penn Foster. This is to further help Mr. Saunders become more professionally prepared to be the ultimate human resource manager for the future. Presently, he has been in charge of supervising the daily work activities of over 35 employees at the Dunmore, seeing to it that everyone works in sync to observe the Dunmore’s key objectives consistently.
Aware of how the hotel’s owners and stakeholders look to the Dunmore’s operations and management team for greater profitability, Mr. Bob Terrance Saunders has been able to motivate those he has worked with to continue on the hotel’s standard of excellence in hospitality. Because his role to assist the General Manager is important, Mr. Saunders sees to it that he is able to manage all areas of the Caribbean hotel in accordance with brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of exceptional product quality and customer service. Providing exemplary performance for staff to follow, Mr. Bob Saunders plays the role of a leader responsible for the overall success of the hotel. He has to make sure that the hotel is able to exceed or meet planned objectives for profit and revenue while guaranteeing that product quality standards and customer satisfaction are constantly met.
