This book is dedicated to young Americans – free thinkers, caregivers, caretakers – the type of people this planet will need for survival. A special thought and prayer goes out to the young men and women who are serving in the Armed Forces of the United States, holding down the fort so we can enjoy the freedom to think, write about and discuss the important issues of the day. May an angel and a dove rest upon the shoulders of those who face death and danger and may those who return safely to their families, find the peace they so richly deserve.
